m1 = 10, h1 = 8 and d1 = 24

m2 = ?, h2 = 10 and d2 = 16

Here, w1 = w2

Let, m2 = x men

As we know that :

$\frac{m1 \times h1 \times d1}{w1} = \frac{m2 \times h2 \times d2}{w2} \\ \\ = > 10 \times 8 \times 24 = x \times 10 \times 16 \\ \\ because \: w1 = w2 \\ \\ = > x = \frac{10 \times 8 \times 24}{10 \times 16} \\ \\ = > x = 12$

So, 12 men would be required to complete the work.
