sowork done by 1 women=7/18
similarly, work done by1 men=7/12
 also given,
                  4 men and 8 women complete the same work                        so,   =(4×7/12) + (8×7/18)
                               =21+(28/9)
                               =(189+28)/9
                               =217/9
therefore your answer is 217/9 days
