15% of (A+B) =25% of (A-B)
15(A+B)/100 = 25(A-B)/100
3(A+B) = 5(A-B)
3A + 3B = 5A - 5B
5B + 3B = 5A - 3A
8B = 2A
4B = A
B/A = 1/4

so, 400% of B is equal to A
