we have,
15% of A = 20% of B
=> 15A/100 = 20B/100
=> 3A/20= B/5
=> 3A = B/5× 20
=> 3A = 4B
=> 3A/B = 4
=> A/B = 4/3
Hence, the value of A:B is 4:3.
