IF 15 oranges cost Rs.110, then the cost of one orange is

22/3 or 7.33 rupees.

Divide 110 by 15 you will get the cost of one orange.

Now multiply the cost of one orange (7.33 or 22/3) with 39 you will get the cost of 39 oranges.

39×22/3 = 858/3 = 286 rupees.

or

39×7.33 = 285.87 or you can write 286 approximately.
