=) h = 19600/9.8*40
=) h = 196000/98*40
=) h = 2000/40 m
=) h = 50m.

Energy used= 19600J mass=40kg and g=9.8. Let boy attains height 'H' then energy E = m×g×H..... 19600= 40×9.8×H so H=19600/392=50m
