$= > \dfrac{2 - \sqrt{3} }{ \sqrt{3} } \times \dfrac{ \sqrt{3} }{ \sqrt{3} }$

By doing cross-multiplication, we'll get:

$= > \dfrac{2 \sqrt{3} - 3 }{3}$

Substitute the value of √3 = 1.7

$= > \dfrac{(2 \times 1.7) - 3}{3}$

$= > \dfrac{3.4 - 3}{3}$

$= > \dfrac{0.4}{3} = 0.1$

Hence, $\dfrac{2 - \sqrt{3} }{ \sqrt{3} }$ = 0.1
