u mean
 \sqrt{ \frac{ (\sqrt{2}-1) }{ \sqrt{2}+1 } }= \sqrt{ \frac{( \sqrt{2}-1 )( \sqrt{2}-1 )}{( \sqrt{2}+1 )( \sqrt{2}-1 )} }
= \sqrt{ \frac{( \sqrt{2}-1 )^2}{2-1} }= |\sqrt{2}-1|=0.1892
as 2=1.414= \sqrt{2},
then  \sqrt{2}= \sqrt{ \sqrt{2} }=1.1892
