If 2/3 and 3 are the zeroes and of polynomial ax2+7x+b find the value

(x-2/3)and(x-3)=(x2-3x-2/3x+2)=(3x2-9x-2x+6)÷3=(3x2-11x+6)=now divide it with ax2+7x+b.
