sum of roots = -b/a = 2+2/3

• -7/a = 8/3
• a = -7× 3/8
• a = -21/8

and product of roots= c/a = 2.2/3

b/a = 4/3

b= 4/3.a

b= 4/3 . -21/8

b= -7/2
