let \\  \:  \:  \alpha  =  - 2 \\  \beta  = 5 \\  \alpha   + \beta  = 3 \\  \alpha  \beta  =  - 10 \\ so \:  \: the \:  \: required \:  \: polynomial \\  \:  \: p(x) = k | {x}^{2} - ( \alpha   + \beta  ) x+ \alpha  \beta  |  \\  = k | {x}^{2}  - 3x + 10|
