If 2+i√3 is a root of the equation x^2 + PX+ q=0, where p,q belong to real numbers then find the ordered pair (p,q).

as you know that imaginary root exists in conjugate pairs...therefore..2-i√3 is also a root....now you got two roots....simply sum of roots=-(coefficient of x)/(coefficient of x^2)

?and product of roots =(constant term)/coefficient of x^2
