Hey

Here is your answer,

Root = 2
=x-2

substitute the value of x in the first equation,
ax^2 + as +3=0
a(2)^2 +ax2 +3=0
4a+2a+3=0
6a=-3
a=-1/2

Substitute the value of x in second equation,
x^2 + x +b=0
(2)^2+2+b=0
4+2+b=0
b=-6

Hope it helps you!
