gievn zero of polynomials is 2
then,
f(2) = 0
3(2)²+m(2)-14=0
2m-2=0
m=1
f(2)=0
2(2)³+4n+2-2=0
-16=4n
n=-4
so m-2n=1-2(-4)=1+8=9
