Solution

Here we have to find the value of x.

2x - 3 = 2x + 2

If will shift the coefficient 2 and variable x on one side and constant another on other side and signs will change. if it is + it will become - and if it is - it will become +

As,

2x - 2x = + 2 + 3

Now 2x - 2x = x only variable x will remain behind or +2x and -2x will get cancel and 2 + 3 = + 5

2x - 2x = 2 + 3

x = 5

Therefore, value of x = 5
