If 20% 800g of solution is heated to evaporate 100g of solute .what will be the concentration of the new solution??

let the mass of solute be x gram

concenttation of solution=20%

20=mass of solute/mass of solution × 100

20=x/800×100

x=160 grams

now 100g of solute is evaporated so remaining

mass of solute=160-100=60g

new concentration= 60/800×100=7.5%
