Your answer is given below --->>>>

2X + 3 = 0

X = -3/2

p ( x ) = 18x³ + kx² - 28x + 2

p (-3/2) = 18 × (-3/2)³ + k × (-3/2)² - 28 × -3/2 + 2

=> 18 × -27/8 + k × 9 /4 - 14 × -3 +1 2

=> 9 × -27/4 + 9k/4 + 42 + 12 = 0

=> -243/4 + 9k/4 + 54 = 0

=> -243 + 9k + 486/4 = 0

=> 9k - 122 = 0

=> k = 122/9
