∴ (2x+3y)²=10²
4x² + 9y² +12xy=100
4x² + 9y² +12x5=100
4x² + 9y² =40

(2x+3y)*whole square =(10)*whole square
4x*square+9y*square+2×2x×3y=100
4x*square+9y*square+12xy=100
4x*square+9y*square+12×5=100
4x*square+9y*square+60=100
4x*square+9y*square=100-60


ans will be
4x*square+9y*square=40
