if 2x+ 3y=12 and 3x+2y=13 then find value of (x+y)?​

If we use an institution...

We know adding 2+3 gives 5. If we add same numbers, equality still holds.

Now, we're adding 3x+2y and 13 to both sides because they are same numbers.

→ 2x + 3y + 3x + 2y = 12 + 13

→ 5x + 5y = 25

→ x + y = 5

Now the answer is 5.
