If 3/4of the property cost 15000Rs what is cost of 1/2 of it?

Solution :

Let the cost of total property = Rs x

according to the problem given ,

3/4 of total cost = Rs 15000

=> 3x/4 = 15000

=> x = ( 15000 × 4 )/3

=> x = Rs 20000

Now ,

Half of the cost of it = x/2

= 20000/2

= Rs 10000
