Hey!!!

let the number be x

Then ATQ,

3/5x - 44 = 2/7x

=> 3/5x - 2/7x = 44

=> (21x - 10x) = 44 * 35

=> 11x = 1540

=> x = 140

Thus the required number is 140

Hope this helps

3/5x = 2/7x + 44
3/5x - 2/7x = 44
(21-10)x/35 = 44
11x = 44(35)
11x = 1540
x = 110
