=>

4 (-3/4) = -3 + m

=>

-3 + 3 = m

=>

m = 0

y = -3/4

linear equation is 4y = -x + m

putting value of x and y from above

4(-3/4) = -3 + m

-3 = -3 + m

=> m = 0
