If 3 cos theta=2 sin theta the value of 4sintheta- 3 cos theta/2 sin theta+6cos theta is

3cosθ = 2sinθ         therefore  6cosθ = 4sinθ

now    4sinθ - 3cosθ / 2sinθ + 6cosθ =  6cosθ - 3cosθ / 3cosθ + 6 cosθ 
 = 3cosθ/9cosθ = 3/9 = 1/3
