No.OfObjects×TimetakenWorkdoneNo.OfObjects×TimetakenWorkdone

That is :

n1×t1/w1=n2×t2/w2

Here we have got 3 hens laying 3 eggs in 3 days.

So we have n1=3n1=3,t1=3t1=3 and w1=3.w1=3.

Now we have to find the no. of eggs which 300 hens lay in 300days.
We have
n2= 300,t2=300,find w2=?

Thus we will get 30000 as answer

qOooooooooOq: so
qOooooooooOq: We have the data ---- 3 hens give 3 eggs in 3 days.

As per the unitary method.

1 hen will give one egg in 1 day.

Therefore, 300 hens in 3 days will lay 1X300 = 300 eggs
Ultimately, In 300 days 300 hen will lay 300×100=30000 eggs.

qOooooooooOq: no way
qOooooooooOq: wait
qOooooooooOq: no of eggs given by 3 hens in 3 days = 3eggs
qOooooooooOq: no. of egg given by 1 hen in 3 days = 3/3 = 1egg
qOooooooooOq: no of eggs given by 1 hen in 1 day = 1/3egg
qOooooooooOq: no of eggs given by 300 hen in 1 day = 1/3*300 = 100 eggs
qOooooooooOq: no of eggs given by 300 hens in 300 days = 100*300 = 30,000
