this means 3a+2b=12 ....1 eq. *2
and 2a+5b=19 .....2 eq * 3
6a+4b=48
6a+15b=57

0a -11b= -9
b=9/11
and a=(12-2*9/11)/3
=(12-18/11)/3
=((132-18)/11)/3
=(114/11)/3
=114/33
=38/11
hence, a=38/11 and b=9/11
so, a:b=38:9
