x = 3m-1

y = 4

are the solutions of the equation -> x+y = 6

--> By substituting values, we get

=> 3m - 1 + 4 = 6

=> 3m = 6 + 1 - 4

=> 3m = 3

=> m = 3/3 = 1

Hence m = 1 is your answer .
