Given: 3x + 5y =10 ......(1)
5x + 3y =30 ......(2)
Now, adding equation (1) & (2)
We get,
8x + 8y =40
ie. 8( x + y) 40
Therefore,
x + y = 5.....(3)
Now, subtracting equation (1) from (2) We get,
2x -2y = 20
ie. 2( x - y) =20
Therefore,
x - y = 10.....(4)
Again, solving equation (3) & (4)
We get,
x = 15/2
y = -5/2

∴ x - y = 10.....(4)

Again, solving equation (3) & (4)

We get,

x = 15/2

y = -5/2

Probably that's what you wanted....If the answer was satisfying,mark it as the brainliest..;^)
