HOLA DEAR USER :-)

3(2)2- 2k(2) + 3 = 0

12 - 4k +3 = 0

15 - 4k = 0
-4k = 0 - 15

- 4k = - 15

k = 15 / 4
k = 3.75

3x^2-2kx+m=0\\\\3x^2+m=2kx\\\\\frac{3x^2+m}{2x}=k\\\\\\\\Hence,\:Value\:\:of\:\:k\:\:the\:\:given\:\:values\:\:of x\:\:\&\:m\\\\k= \frac{3(2)^2+(3)}{2\times2}\\\\k=\frac{(3\times4)+3}{4}\\\\k=\frac{12+3}{4}=\frac{15}{4}=3.75
