There is a pattern to this question. The pattern can be seen by trial and error method in the first two expressions.

Let us take the first expression. It is 4+5-2 =33

Now, 33 can be written as: 4^2+5^2-2^3=33 . Likewise, 119 can be rewritten as: 10^2+12^2-5^3 =119 .

Thus, the pattern is subtracting the cubed of the last given number from the sum of the squared of the first two numbers.

Therefore, applying this rule/pattern we can see that 6+8-3 can be rewritten as:

 6^2+8^2-3^3 =73

Thus, 73 is the required answer.
