hey mate

given here

first given equation

x^2+bx+4=0. ......(1)

and -4 zeros of equation of (1).

secondary given equation

x^2+3x+k=0. ....(2)

a/c ...

-4 equation of (1) and (2)

are zeros .

so, x=-4 satisfy equation (2).

so,

put x=-4 ,in (2).

we get ,

=>(-4)^2 +3 × (-4)+k=0

=>16 - 12 + k=0

=>4+k=0

=> k= -4.

thus:

the value of k will be

= -4.

I hope its helps u.
