Given 4 tan theta =3
4 (sin theta/cos theta) = 3
4 sin theta =3 cos theta ------(1)
[4 sin theta - cos theta ]/[4 sin theta +cos theta]
=[3cos theta-cos theta]/[3cos theta+cos theta] (since from (1) )
=2 cos theta /4 cos theta
=2/4
=1/2
4 (sin theta/cos theta) = 3
4 sin theta =3 cos theta ------(1)
[4 sin theta - cos theta ]/[4 sin theta +cos theta]
=[3cos theta-cos theta]/[3cos theta+cos theta] (since from (1) )
=2 cos theta /4 cos theta
=2/4
=1/2
