Answer:

Explanation:

Molality = Mass of solute / kilogram of solvent

Volume of water =100ml ( given)

Density of water = mass/ Volume

1.0 g/cm^3 (approximately) = mass/ Volume

1 = mass/ 100

Mass of water = 100gm ( approximately)

Moles of NaOH = given mass / Molecular mass

NaOH ( Molecular mass) =23 +16 +1=40gm

Moles of NaOH =4/ 40 = 1/10 =0.1

Kilogram of water = 100g × 1kg of water/ 1000g of water

=> 100/1000 = 1/ 10 = 0.1kg of water.

Molality = Moles of solute / Kilogram of water

=> 0.1/ 0.1 =1 mole/kg...

Normality= Molality*n factor

=> 1*1= 1

So, the diff b/w them is 0 only.....
