If 4x/5=7/15, then find the value of x.

Given :

4x/5=7/15

To find :
Value of x

Solution :
 \frac{4x}{5}  =   \frac{7}{15}
Cross multiplication :

4x×15 = 7×5

60x = 35

X = 35/60

Convert into lowest form (Standard Form) :

7/12

So , the required Value of x is 7/12 .
