\huge\sf\boxed{x\:=\:1}

\huge\underline\mathfrak\blue{Explanation-}

( 5 + \dfrac{2}{x} ) : ( 4 + \dfrac{3}{x} ) = 1

Taking the LCM,

\implies ( \dfrac{5x+2}{x} ) : ( \dfrac{4x+3}{x} ) = 1

Cancelling the 'x' of denominator.

\implies ( 5x+2 ) : ( 4x+3 ) = 1

\implies \dfrac{5x+2}{4x+3} = 1

\implies 5x + 2 = 4x + 3

\implies 5x - 4x = 3 - 2

\implies x = 1

Therefore, value of x is 1.
