2x+1=0
x=-1/2
put x=-1/2 in dividend
2 (-1/2)^3-m (-1/2)^2+9=-5
2 (-1/8)-m/4+9=-5
-1/4-m/4=-14
-1/4 (1-m)=-14
(1-m)=-14×-4
1-m=56
m=-55

Hey mate ,

Here is your answer ,

2x+1=0

x=-1/2

put x=-1/2 in dividend

2 (-1/2)^3-m (-1/2)^2+9=-5

2 (-1/8)-m/4+9=-5

-1/4-m/4=-14

-1/4 (1-m)=-14

(1-m)=-14×-4

1-m=56

m=-55
