5

EXPLANATION :

 \sf \: 5 \sin \theta = 4 \\  \implies \sin \theta =  \frac{4}{5}  \\  \implies \frac{1}{ \sin \theta}  =  \frac{5}{4} \\  \implies \:  \frac{1 +   \sin \theta}{1 -  \sin \theta}  =  \frac{5 + 4}{ 5 - 4}  \\  \implies \: \boxed{ \mathfrak  {\frac{1 +  \sin \theta}{1 -  \sin \theta}  =    9}}

Answer:

5 sin theta = 4

so, sin theta = 4/5

put the value of sin theta in (1+sin theta / 1- sin theta )

we get,

1 + 4/5 /1- 4/5

5+4/5 /5-4/5

9/5 / 1/5

9/1

so, the value is 9
