I am assuming powers are the whole expressions and not only x

(Please use brackets to ensure clarity of the question)

We know

25 =  {5}^{2}

Using this in RHS

 {25}^{x - 2}  =  {5}^{2x - 4}

Now LHS and RHS are powers of the same number. So we can equate the powers

2x - 4 = x + 1 \\ x = 5

Now put the value of x in the question

 {3}^{5 - 3}  \times  {2}^{3 - 5}  \\  {3}^{ 2}  \times  {2}^{ - 2}  \\  \frac{9}{4}

Hope this helps you!

Pls mark as brainliest if it does!
