If 50 joule of energy was available for fish in a food chain then calculate the amount of energy available to small algae?

small algae ​> zoo plankton > fish

Energy in take by fish = 10% of energy in Zoo Plakton
.50 J= 10/100 X Energy in Zoo plankton energy in Zoo plankton= 50 X 100/10= 500J
SimilarlyEnergy in small algae= 500 X 100/10= 5000J.
