given 50/100(x - y) = 30/100(x+y)
(x-y) /2 = 3/10(x+y)
5(x-y) = 3(x+y)
2x = 8y
x=4y
y=x/4
hence 25% of X is y
(x-y) /2 = 3/10(x+y)
5(x-y) = 3(x+y)
2x = 8y
x=4y
y=x/4
hence 25% of X is y
