There will be two heavy strands of DNA.This is because DNA has been replicated semi-conservatively. 

DNA from cells after completion of two sets of replications will consist of equal amounts of DNA with two different densities, one corresponding to the medium density of DNA of cells grown for only one division in N14 medium, the other corresponding to DNA from cells grown exclusively in the N14 medium. 

This mode of DNA replication can be proved by the 
Meselson-Stahl experiment.
