k × 60/100 = k × 75/100 -30

60k/100 = 75k/100 -30

60k = 75k -3000-15k = -3000

k = -3000/ -15

k = 200

Hope it helps you ☺️

If 60% of k is 30 less than 75% of k,

we know that 30 is equal to (75–60 = 15)% of k.

 \frac{15}{100} k = 30 \\ 15k = 30 \times 100 \\ k =  \frac{30}{15}  \times 100 = 200

➳Value of K = 200

checking \: our \: work \:   \\   \frac{60}{100}  \times 200 = 120 \\  \frac{75}{100}  \times 200 = 150 \\ 150 - 120 = 30 \\its \: means \: our  \: answer \: is \: correct \:  = 200
