let the first term of a g.p. be a
and the common ratio be r then,
A/Q
ar^5= -1/32 .... (1)
a=-1/32×1/r^5
ar^8= 1/256.......(2)

putting the value of a in ..(2). we get
-r^8/32r^5=1/256

-r^3=32/256
-r^3=1/8
r^3=-1/8
r=-1/2

putting the value of r in...(1)
a×(-1/2)^5=-1/32
a=1
11 th term of the g.p.
ar^10=1×(-1/2)^10
=1/1024

this is the ans hope it helps.
