no
6x +3x - 4x = 6
9x - 4x = 6
5x = 6
x = 6/5
6x +3x - 4x = 6
9x - 4x = 6
5x = 6
x = 6/5

No friend, it is not correct to say that 'x=1' Because if x=1, then the equation is
6(1)+ 3(1) - 4(1) = 6
= 6+3-4=6
= 9-4=6
= 5= 6
6(1)+ 3(1) - 4(1) = 6
= 6+3-4=6
= 9-4=6
= 5= 6
