7sin²A + 3cos²A = 4

7sin²A + 3( 1 - sin²A) = 4

7sin²A + 3 - 3sin²A = 4

4sin²A = 1

sin²A = 1/4

sin A = 1/√2 = sin 30°

=> A = 30°

So, sec A = 1/cos A = 1/cos 30° = 2/√3

And, cosec A = 1/sin A = 1/sin 30° = 2

So answer will be

 \frac{2}{ \sqrt{3} }  + 2 \\  =  \frac{2 + 2 \sqrt{3} }{ \sqrt{3 } }   \times   \frac{ \sqrt{3} }{ \sqrt{3} }  \\  =  \frac{2 \sqrt{3} + 6 }{3}  \\ answer \:  =  \frac{6 + 2 \sqrt{3} }{3}
