a) phenolpthalein will be turn into colourless due to acidic medium

b) universal indicator will be turn into yellowish pink and pH is near 6 .

c) distilled water will give true solution

d) sodiumbicarbonate will produce carbon dioxide

a) when acetic acid is added to phenolphthalein it remains colorless , indicating that it is an acid.

b) it dissolves in the distilled water , showing solubility property.

c)  The color in universal indicator changes from red to reddish-orange.

d) when added to sodium hydrogen carbonate brisk effervescence  can  be observed.

CH3COOH + NAHCO3 = CH3COONA + H20 + CO2

CO2 causes the brisk effervescence
