2 MEANS SQUARE.

7 SIN2theta+3COS2theta=4
4SIN2theta+3SIN2theta+3COS2theta=4 (SIN2THETA+COS2THETA=1)
4SIN2theta+3=4
4SIN2theta=4-3
                  =1
SIN2theta=1/4
SINtheta=ROOT OF 1/4
SINtheta=SIN30 DEG.  <SIN AND SIN GETS CANCELLED>
              =1/2
SEC30DEG.+COSEC30DEG=1/ROOT3/2+1/1/2
                                              =2+2/ROOT3
HENCE PROVED
<HOPE THIS WOULD HELP U>
