Molar mass of H₂SO₄ = 98g
No. of moles of H₂SO₄ = 9.8/98 = 0.1
Volume of water= 100 ml = 100/1000 = 0.1
Now, molarity = no. of moles of solute/volume of solution in litres
=> 0.1/0.1 = 1 M
So, molarity = 1 molar
