THE ANSWER IS HERE,
in parallelogram, the mid points of the diagnols are equal.so,
[(1+6)/2,(2+6)/2]= [(4+x)/2, (3+y)/2]
compare x coordinates
=> 7/2= (4+x)/2
=> 4+x=7
=> x=3
compare y coordinates.
8/2=(3+y)/2
=> 3+y=8
=> y=5
so the fourth vertex is (3,5)
