p(a)= -1 we will get 3 +s=r which will be our first equation
now by taking p(a)= 1 we will get r+1-2+s
now we will substitute the value of r from the first equation and get 3+s+1-2+s
now cor solving for s we will get s= -1 and now we can also solve for r as 3+s=r then 3-1=r so r=2
