If A (-14,-10), B(6,-2) is given find the co-ordinate of the points which divide segment AB into four equal parts.​

x_{1} =  - 14 \:  \:  \:  \:  x_{2} = 6 \\  y_{1} =  - 10  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  y_{2} =  - 2  \\  \frac{ y_{2} -  y_{1}  }{ x_{2} -  x_{1} }  =  \frac{ - 2 - 10}{6 - ( - 14)}  \\   = \frac{ - 12}{ - 20}  \\  = \frac{3}{5}
